Meet Megan

As Relocation Director, Megan will be helping people in their transition to Nashville. Relocating can be a stressful process with so many unknowns. Megan, alongside the team, is excited to help make it a simple, seamless process! ⁣Prior to joining The Southbound Group, Megan served as Assistant Vice President of Multi-State Marketing for Investors Title. Megan has held various other positions in the title and mortgage industry since 2013, including director of business development for Magnolia Title and business development associate for Churchill Mortgage. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism with a minor in political science from the University of Kentucky in 2007, Megan moved to Nashville. She started her own company, Mega Talent Agency, a full-service management and booking agency.

Megan has served in various capacities with several professional organizations, including the Greater Nashville REALTORS^® Awards Committee, the Greater Nashville REALTORS^® Legislative/RPAC Committee and Special Events Committee, the Public Education Committee and the Williamson County Association of Realtors Young Professional Network Leadership Committee. In 2017, she served as an affiliate board member for the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association board of directors and was recognized with their inaugural 2017 Outstanding Affiliate award. Megan was named the Greater Nashville REALTORS^® 2019 Affiliate of the Year.

Megan enjoy’s golfing, watching Bravo, spending time with her daughter, family and friends.
